How to Join a Remoto Playback Session
Learn how to easily join a remote playback session for seamless collaboration and viewing experiences.

Do you have a Remoto Account?
Is your account an Organizer's account, or a Guest account?
Would you like to join the session from Remoto Playback Desktop, or Remoto Playback Web?
Open Remoto Playback, and switch Dashboard view to “Guest Sessions Only”. Navigate to the session you would like to join, and click “Join”.
Navigate to the session invitation email and click “Join from Web”. You will be prompted to log in before you can configure your preferences for the call and ask to be admitted.
Do you have a mac computer?
Would you like to join the session from the Desktop App or the Web App?
Do you have the Desktop Application installed?
Open Remoto Playback Desktop and log in. Navigate to the session that you would like to join in the Dashboard and click “Join.”
Click on “Join from Desktop” in your invitation email to be brought to the Remoto Playback Download Page to download the application. Once Downloaded, log in, navigate to the session you'd like to join in the Dashbaord, and click “Join”.
From your email invitation, click on “Join from Web”. You'll be prompted to log into the web app before you can configure your call settings and request to join.
Remoto Playback is a mac Only Desktop Application. The only option to join from a Windows PC is to join through the web application. From your email invitation, click on “Join from Web”. You'll be prompted to log into the web app before you can configure your call settings and request to join.
Did you receive a session invitation?
Please follow the instructions in your invitation email to finish setting up your account, and then try again.
A Remoto account is necessary to Join a Remoto Playback session. An account can be created in a few different ways, please see “How to Create a Remoto Account”. Please create and account and try again.
