Avoid using Playback when connected to an Active VPN!
For the best performance, avoid using Playback while connected to an active VPN, as it can interfere with your public IP address and disrupt communication with our backend services. This may result in connectivity issues or reduced functionality.
Detailed Firewall Whitelist Configuration
To access the Remoto Services Platform, ensure that the necessary domains and ports are whitelisted in your firewall settings to allow for smooth network traffic.
You should allow HTTP and WebSocket traffic over port 443/TCP to the following domains: session.voxeet.com, *.comms.sdk.dolby.io, and telemetry.voxeet.com. Please note that traffic to telemetry.voxeet.com is for network monitoring and support and is not critical.
By following these guidelines, you can ensure that Remoto Playback SRT to WebRTC functions as intended.
