Remoto Playback Session Types FAQ
Remoto Playback products can be purchased as one-time sessions, subscriptions, and there's even a free test drive option. See below for common questions and answers about them.
I purchased a one time session. How long do I have to be able to use it before it expires?
Purchased one-time sessions expire 90 days after purchased.
I signed up for a Free Test Drive, how long do I have to use the 3 sessions before they expire?
Free Test Drive sessions expire 30 days after you signed up for them.
I purchased a subscription. When does it expire?
Subscriptions expire one calendar month from purchase (not 30 days) at the exact time purchased, unless set to auto-renew.
I purchased a one-time 3 hour session. Does the clock start when I start the session (conference call) or when I start the stream?
The starting of the session initiates the 3 hour timer. During this time, you can stop and start the stream as many times as you like. Once you have reached 3 hours, the stream will be turned off (unless you have enabled an automatic extension). At this time, the session will remain open to continue communicating with Guests, and to review and export timecode comments.
I have a one-time session, what happens if I start and stop the stream? If I stop the stream for any reason and I wasn’t finished with the session, am I wasting the session?
Starting and stopping the stream does not restart the session timer or end the session. During your 3 hour session, you may start and stop the stream as many times as you would like.
