How to Request New Temporary Credentials to Complete Remoto Account Creation
Learn how to obtain new temporary credentials for completing your Remoto account creation process quickly and easily.

WARNING!
If you've previously joined a Playback session and were not required to log in, and have since been invited to a session where you are required to log in to join, you will need to create an account. Please follow the steps below to receive new temporary credentials to create your account.

You may need new Temporary Credentials if:
- You are having issues logging in with a known password
- Resetting your password is not working (Reset code not being accepted).
Why would this have happened?
You may have never finished setting up your Remoto account, and your temporary credentials to do this have expired.
Steps to Request New Temporary Credentials to Complete Account Setup
Step 1
Open the Playback app. At the login screen, click on “Here” in the text next to the sign in button.

Step 2
On the Reset Sign-In Credentials screen, enter your email address and click on “Send”.

Step 3
Check your email. You will have received an email with the subject “Your Temporary Credentials” which contains the email your account is associated with and a temporary password.

Step 4
Return to the Playback app and enter your email and the temporary password on the Sign In screen.

Step 5
You will be directed to the Finish Account Creation screen, where you can choose a new permanent password.

Once you finish the process by clicking “Sign Up”, your account will be confirmed.
