When contacting Remoto Support due to an issue with Playback, you may be asked to gather a Playback log file, or reproduce an issue and gather the resulting log file.
A note about Remoto Logs
The log file generated by Playback is continuous, it is not refreshed at any point and as a result can be very dense and difficult to parse. If you are asked to gather a log, if the issue is reproducible, it's a good idea to delete the log first, open Remoto Playback, reproduce your issue (if possible) and gather that resulting log.
If you rename the log, Playback will produce a new one called log.log, this is one way to save information if needed, if you don't want to delete the entire log.
